WHAT IS IT?- Each player selects a fruit platter card and chooses a major scale (or the teacher chooses for them)
- The first fruit letter card is turned over and all players work out if they need that letter for their scale.
- The first player to shout 'MINE!' claims the card and places it in the correct space on their fruit platter
- Play continues until one player has their complete scale
