Put your beginner students' knowledge of time signatures and rhythms to the test with this fun snail-themed music game!
 
WHAT IS IT? 
Players take turns to pick up a rhythm card, clap the rhythm, and identify if it matches their snail's time signature. 
If it does, they add that rhythm card to their snail's card. 
If it doesn't, they put it at the bottom of the pile of cards.
First player who collects four rhythm cards then puts their rhythm cards in their preferred order and claps their winning four-bar rhythm. If they'd like, they can then play their rhythm on the piano and create a Snail Melody.
